Confidentiality
Your personal health information is considered private and confidential. Insight has contracted the administration of the Insight Health Center to Premise Health, who maintains a separate system for all information related to personal medical visits. Premise Health complies with all provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and subsequent amendments. 

Eligibility
All active Insight teammates and their dependents (spouse or domestic partner and/or children ages 5+) are eligible to use the Insight Health Center.
